1310 Series Hyper Hub (4 Start, 8mm Lead Screw Bore)

This Hyper Hub has a threaded bore which matches the threads of an 8mm lead screw. It can clamp tightly around a lead screw to allow you drive the lead screw with a gear, sprocket or pulley attached to the hub in a linear motion assembly. Though hubs with an 8mm round bore may be able to attach to an 8mm lead screw, a lead screw bore (like this hub’s) provides the additional holding power that is sometimes needed to take the immense forces a lead screw can put on a hub. The built-in shim allows you to put the hub right up against a bearing without contacting the bearing's outer race.
