Non-Warranty Returns

Ensure that the items to be returned meet the return prerequisites listed below these steps. Note that non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Complete and submit the Return Authorization form below. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. Do not ship your item until you have been contacted by a Customer Service Representative.

Print the e-mail order confirmation with your order number and include it in the return package, which must also consist of the original item(s), the original box, and all of the original packaging materials.

Ship the return item(s) to the Returns Shipping Address below. Note that shipping charges, as well as original shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Make sure you insure your package. goBILDA® is not liable for lost packages, nor responsible for the shipping charges or risk of loss of return packages. We recommend properly packaging your return shipment and using a reputable shipping carrier capable of proof-of-delivery.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- When the return is complete, you will be notified by e-mail regarding the outcome. Any additional shipments from goBILDA® due to exchanges will be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Return Prerequisites:
- The item must have been purchased from goBILDA® within the last 30 days.
- The item must be 100% complete and in new and unused condition.
- All applicable manufacturer warranty slips and registration cards must be blank and included in the return.
- We do not accept returns via COD or billed to goBILDA® in any way.
Refunds for Non-Warranty Returns
A restocking fee of up to 30% will be subtracted from your refund in the case of a non-warranty return. Refunds will be given to the original form of payment used. If the payment option was a check or money order, we will mail a check to you. Please note that we will not pay any PayPal fees you might need to pay to withdraw or accept the money in your PayPal account. A credit memo will be emailed to the account listed on your original order details upon completion of the refund to your account.
The status of a refund will remain active for six months. If the refund is unclaimed after six months, it will be canceled, and the returned product will become the property of goBILDA®.
