Purchase Orders

Are you a school looking to use a Purchase Order (PO) to shop at goBILDA®? Look no further–our PO policies help us meet schools’ robotics needs!

Only POs from schools are accepted.
POs must be placed according to the instructions below. POs submitted through a different process may be declined.
Orders placed via PO must meet or exceed our $100 minimum order value. This includes individual orders using open or blanket POs.
Per Net 30, payments for POs are due within 30 days of invoice. Future POs may be declined in cases of late and/or incomplete payments.
goBILDA® quote numbers must be legible in mailed POs. Please email POs if possible.

Our current W-9 is available here, as a PDF with a fillable date, to help you register us as a vendor in your system.

The following process must be carried out for every PO, including open and blanket POs.

If you're purchasing products for your school’s FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team: apply for and utilize our FTC Discount, and/or log in to your account with an existing FTC Discount.
Proceed to checkout with a cart containing the items you wish to purchase.
Select “School Purchase Order” as the payment method for your order.
Submit your order. An auto-generated quote will be emailed to you.
Email a completed PO form, exactly matching your quote, to sales@gobilda.com. Include your PO number in your email’s subject line and make sure that your online order number appears within your email or PO form.
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive and approve your PO. We will then send you a tracking number and Net 30 invoice for payment.

goBILDA does not charge sales tax to schools outside Kansas. If your school is in Kansas, please send certification of its tax exemption to sales@gobilda.com.
Quotes reflecting sales and special offers remain valid, and will be honored, after sales and/or special offers have ended.
We keep products allocated to a quote for 5 days after order submission.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after PO approval when expedited shipping is selected. Additionally, expedited orders ship the same business day their PO is approved if we receive it before 12:00pm CST.
