Returns & Warranty Policy

Products purchased directly from goBILDA® are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 30 days after receipt. Third-party products, such as Hitec servos, are excluded from our warranty policy. Please contact the third-party manufacturer for repair and warranty information.

Please email sales@gobilda.com or call our support department at 620-705-5959 to report any order discrepancies, such as shortages, mislabeled or damaged products, or overages. Prior to calling or emailing, please make sure the following information is on-hand or included in your email: customer name, order method (web or phone), purchase date, and order number.
