This plastic component is designed to mount to 6mm thick material (such as the plastic plates of the Overlander-4) according to a goBILDA® 32mm square and 14mm center hole pattern. When mounted as such, the center protrusion of this Debris-Shield locks into place the same way as a barbed grommet.

The tight fitment helps to keep the environment out of your project when you're operating it amongst sand, silt, gravel, or other high-particulate environs.
